THE REVOLT

We are thrilled to present The REVOLT, an event that celebrates African spirituality, culture, and healing. This festival aims to honor the resilience of our ancestors, as well as those who fought for our rights and brought our African spirituality and culture to this land.

THE REVOLT is a camping experience providing an opportunity for melanated Kings and Queens of all ages to experience healing in the beauty of nature. Held on the ancestral grounds of Nat Turner, our intention to honor the wisdom of our ancestors and uplift the Black community. Participants will be encouraged to explore the outdoors, engage in meaningful conversations, and participate in activities that draw upon the power of nature and spirit. Our intention is to provide an experience that is both meaningful and transformative. Join us for The REVOLT, a Sankofa Healing Experience.

Hosted by the Khalifah Family Farm, a sacred location in Southampton, Virginia, where the spirit of Freedom Fighter Nat Turner's Slave Revolt resonates. Here, we will honor and celebrate the resilience of our Afrikan ancestors, creating a space for enthusiasts of African culture, nature lovers, travelers, seekers, campers, and artisans alike.
